 
                            Mr. Keller has been President of Great Elm Specialty Finance, a subsidiary of GECC, since November 2021. He has extensive experience in all aspects of direct lending including origination, underwriting, portfolio management and workouts.
Prior to joining Great Elm, Mr. Keller was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Credit Value Partners, LLC where he oversaw the company’s Direct Lending and Investment Platform, which focused on ABL, Asset Backed, Cash Flow, and Healthcare Finance opportunities. Previously, Mr. Keller was a member of CapitalSource Finance’s senior management team where he was responsible for the management of the Company’s stressed loan portfolio, including Cash Flow, ABL and Real Estate Loans. He also led CapitalSource’s special situation lending initiatives and spearheaded a $300 million opportunistic credit fund. Furthermore, Mr. Keller led a special servicing initiative of a third-party lender in which he restructured and monetize a $250 million healthcare ABL portfolio on behalf of its senior lenders.
Prior to this, Mr. Keller led restructuring efforts for the $1.8 billion Healthcare Finance Division of FINOVA on behalf of Berkadia, LLC. Mr. Keller has also held various senior, financial/investment positions at PNC Bank and Household International. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA from The University of Notre Dame.
