As an ABL Collateral Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing collateral information submitted by our bank clients. Your primary responsibility is to assess the eligibility and integrity of collateral values, ensuring their accuracy in the calculation of collateral/loan availability. This role involves advancing funds against pre-approved lines of credit based on timely and accurate analysis.

The ABL Collateral Analyst position provides highly specialized collateral analysis and monitoring support to the Commercial Bank and ABL credit teams. You will serve as a subject matter expert on current asset collateral, offering regular and ongoing collateral/availability trend analysis, root cause analysis/due diligence, and exception analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately and promptly process Clients Borrowing Base Certificates (BBC’s).

Process and analyze client funding requests.

Review legal documentation and audit reports to ensure compliance with all reporting requirements.

Perform month-end collateral reconciliation packages.

Review and research various internal reports, ensuring corrections are made in systems.

Apply daily cash receipts from clients to our internal loan systems.

Collaborate with the Cash Management Specialist and clients to resolve any payment matters.

Perform invoice verification for our clients.


Strong ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Exceptional time management skills.

Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Previous experience in accounting or finance.

Strong team player.


Bachelor’s in finance, Business, or Accounting or prior experience in asset based lending or factoring (Preferred)
