With over 30 years in finance, Gerry has held several senior positions at national financial institutions and turnaround crisis management firms. In his career he has managed over $1.5B in debt, equity, and sub-debt investments across the Tech, Commercial & Industrial, Real Estate and Healthcare industries. As an initial Advisor to an International Trade Fund they were able to achieve $450M in AUM. He also advised Investors, Founders, and Senior Management on appropriate monetization strategies, deal structure, liquidity options, strategic planning, and restructuring plans. His responsibilities in such situations included raising equity/debt/sub-debt type-capital, investment banking, restructurings, as well as board membership.
